Vortex Benefits
Power
All vehicles that have the Vortex Performance exhaust fitted benefit from increased power and torque, with better throttle response.
The power increase is proven and applies to petrol, diesel and gas fueled vehicles.

Fuel Savings
Up to 25% fuel savings is possible with this technology - most of which is immediate - the remainder increasing over the first 1000 miles after installation of the Vortex, as the engine and exhaust system become de-carbonised.
Fuel consumption of a Ford Mondeo 2.0 petrol over a 4 week period before and after fitting.

Emissions
Hydrocarbon particulate, Carbon Monoxide and oxides of Nitrogen emissions drop immediately the Vortex Performance exhaust is fitted. In diesel engines the black smoke particulates are reduced dramatically.
Fitting a Vortex Performance exhaust reduces the impact that your car has on the enviroment.

Less Carbon Build-up
After fitting the Vortex Performance exhaust your engine will burn fuel more efficienty.
Over the first 1000 miles of driving the exhaust tail pipe, pistons, and valves will become cleaner as carbon deposits virtually disappear, improving your car's efficiency.
Servicing
These costs are reduced.
Spark plugs, injector nozzles and valves do not get carbon build up when the Vortex Performance exhaust is fitted.
Catalysts will have a longer life and engine oil will remain cleaner and last longer.
Increase in torque
Allowing the vehicle to pull better in all gears.
This is great for performance cars, 4x4 vehicles and towing.
Less exhaust pressure
Once the Vortex exhaust is fitted, there will be a considerable drop in exhaust pressure in front of the Vortex.
The manifold temperature will decrease which is particularly beneficial for turbo charged engines.
Better heat dissipation
There is better heat dissipation from the engine, which means an decrease in the possibility of localised engine overheating, avoiding piston damage, head gasket failures, shortened valve life and cyclinder head cracking, and lower exhaust manifold temperatures.
Longer catalyst life
Catalysts are now fitted to all cars.
They become blocked with carbon and require periodic changing. A catalytic converter affects engine performance and economy and, when blocked with carbon deposits, can damage engines if not replaced early enough.
Catalyts are expensive items to replace.
